Athi River Steel Plant Limited was established in the early 1990s and commenced operations from its manufacturing facilities in Athi River, 30 miles from Nairobi, in 1998.
The Athi Steel Board is confident that Athi Steel will become the market leader in Eastern Africa with a comprehensive range of high-quality hot rolling and cold rolling products whilst maintaining the ability to be flexible to meet its customers’ individual requirements.
